啤酒厂废水特点及处理技术摘要:啤酒厂废水主要来源于制麦芽车间的浸麦用水和冷却水,糖化、发酵、过滤三个过程排出的工艺废水和清洗水,以及罐装过程中产生的废水。

生产废水主要由蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、酒花残渣等组成。

其特点就是COD和SS进水浓度较高,并且旺季废水量较大,淡季较小,白天水量大,夜晚较小,水质随废水量变化。

水量大时(如洗罐水)污染物浓度高,反之则低。

若废水不经处理直接对外排放,将会造成严重污染。

由于啤酒废水具有可生化性较高等特点,目前,国内外啤酒厂大多采用生化法处理啤酒废水,例如:UASB 好氧接触氧化法、内循环UASB反应器 氧化沟法、UASB SBR法、水解酸化 SBR等,处理效率高、工艺较成熟、处理成本较低。

Production wastewater mainly consists of protein, fat, cellulose, hops residue and so on. Its characteristics are that COD and SS inlet water concentration is high, and the peak season wastewater volume is large, the off-season is small, the daytime water volume is large, the night is small, the water quality varies with the wastewater volume. When the amount of water is large (such as washing tank water), the concentration of pollutants is high; otherwise, it is low. If waste water is discharged directly without treatment, it will cause serious pollution. Due to the high biodegradability of brewery wastewater, at present, most domestic and foreign brewers adopt biochemical methods to treat brewery wastewater, such as UASB aerobic contact oxidation method, internal circulation UASB reactor oxidation groove method, UASB SBR method, hydrolysis acidification SBR method, etc., with high treatment efficiency, mature process and low treatment cost.Key words: brewery sewage; Sewage treatment; Activated sludge; Alcoholic sewage正文1.引言啤酒厂的废水量及其组成成分不是固定不变的。

在销量高的春夏季,废水量较大,秋冬季废水量较小。

废水的酸碱性也是随生产过程中不同工艺而变化,比如洗瓶机水槽排出的废水偏碱性,酸洗设备排出的废水偏酸性[1]。

其组成物质大多为有机无毒物质,例如纤维素、酒花残渣、蛋白质、脂肪等,废水中COD、BOD、SS含量较高,若废水不经处理直接排放到天然水体中,将会造成水体严重污染。
