啤酒厂废水特点及处理技术摘要：啤酒厂废水主要来源于制麦芽车间的浸麦用水和冷却水，糖化、发酵、过滤三个过程排出的工艺废水和清洗水，以及罐装过程中产生的废水。
生产废水主要由蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、酒花残渣等组成。
其特点就是COD和SS进水浓度较高，并且旺季废水量较大，淡季较小，白天水量大，夜晚较小，水质随废水量变化。
水量大时(如洗罐水)污染物浓度高，反之则低。
若废水不经处理直接对外排放，将会造成严重污染。
由于啤酒废水具有可生化性较高等特点，目前，国内外啤酒厂大多采用生化法处理啤酒废水，例如：UASB 好氧接触氧化法、内循环UASB反应器 氧化沟法、UASB SBR法、水解酸化 SBR等，处理效率高、工艺较成熟、处理成本较低。

在销量高的春夏季，废水量较大，秋冬季废水量较小。
废水的酸碱性也是随生产过程中不同工艺而变化，比如洗瓶机水槽排出的废水偏碱性，酸洗设备排出的废水偏酸性[1]。
其组成物质大多为有机无毒物质，例如纤维素、酒花残渣、蛋白质、脂肪等，废水中COD、BOD、SS含量较高，若废水不经处理直接排放到天然水体中，将会造成水体严重污染。
