文 献 综 述摘要医院建筑属于重要公共建筑，医院供配电系统、照明系统等电气设计，是医疗建筑设计的重要部分，保证其供配电及照明系统可靠性、连续性和安全性是保证医院正常运行的关键。
基于此，针对医院的电气设计的研究具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。
本文结合具体建设项目，着重对医院供配电与照明、地下车库人防电气、建筑物接地系统的设计与分析要点进行探究，以达到把握系统设计要点。
介绍了相关的研究背景及意义，阐述课题的国内外研究现状，最后总结该课题难点，给出方法综述。

The electrical design of power supply and distribution system and lighting system is an important part of the medical building design. To ensure the reliability, continuity and safety of power supply and distribution and lighting system is the key to ensure the normal operation of the hospital. Based on this, the research of electrical design for hospital has important theoretical significance and practical value.Combined with specific construction projects, this paper focuses on the design and analysis of power supply and distribution and lighting in hospitals, civil air defense electrical in underground garages, and building grounding system, so as to grasp the key points of system design. This paper introduces the relevant research background and significance, expounds the research status at home and abroad, and finally summarizes the difficulties of the subject, and gives a summary of the methods. Keywords:Medical building; power supply and distribution system; lighting system; civil air defense electrical; grounding system .一、课题研究背景及意义1.1 医院建筑电气的研究背景本设计源自某中医药大学金沙洲医院新建工程一期裙楼（含地下层）电气设计。
随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们在享受生活的同时，对自身健康开始更加关注，相应的对医疗建筑提出了更高的要求，同时人们对有关供配电、照明、消防、防雷接地、通信、有线电视等系统的要求越来越高，使得建筑开始走向高品质、多功能领域，并进一步向多功能的纵深方向和综合应用方向发展。
建筑电气设计是在认真执行国家技术经济政策和有关国家标准和规范的前提下，进行民用建筑建筑电气的设计，并满足保障人身、设备及建筑物安全、供电可靠、电能节约、技术先进和经济合理。
1.2 医院建筑电气的研究意义医院建筑功能复杂,流线较多,洁、污流线必须严格分开,从总平面布局到单体设计都有一系列的功能问题需要解决。
通过本次设计了解医院建筑设计的基本方法和造型构成方式,熟悉医疗建筑的防火设计、结构设计及相关规范。
同时,通过深入的实地考察与调研分析、相关资料的检索与利用,以及随着方案的不断深化,我们将接触到有关医疗建筑设计的新理念、新知识、新方法,不但可以运用和发挥所学理论,而且将会大大拓展我们的知识面、完善我们的知识结构、提高设计能力、表现技法及解决实际问题的综合能力另外通过该课题的综合性训练也将为走上工作岗位后尽快适应实际工作需要打下良好的基础。
