多米诺木榫连接的力学分析研究文献综述

摘要:我国的榫卯结构历史悠久,距今已有几千年的历史。随着时代的发展,榫卯接合始终家具零部件的主要连接方式,现有的榫卯种类有十几种,常见的有直角榫、椭圆榫、圆棒榫等。力学性能一直是研究榫卯结构的重要内容。榫卯结构受多种因素的影响,其力学性能也不相同,从而对产品也会产生影响。研究榫卯的力学性能有利于改善榫卯的接合强度。

关键词:榫卯结构;力学性能;影响因素。

Study on Mechanical Analysis of Domino Tenon Connection

ABSTRACT

China#39;s tenon and tenon structure has a long history, thousands of years ago. With the development of The Times, the mortise and tenon joint has always been the main connection mode of furniture parts. There are more than ten kinds of mortise and tenon types, including right Angle tenon, oval tenon and round bar tenon. The mechanical properties of tenon and mortise structure are very important. Mortise and tenon structure is affected by many factors, and its mechanical properties are not the same. Studying the mechanical properties of tenon tenon is beneficial to improve the joint strength of tenon tenon.

1 引言

多米诺木榫是2006年出现由多米诺开榫机制成的一种新型榫卯结构。多米诺木榫的形状非圆、非扁,但却集圆榫和扁平木榫的所有优点于一身。木榫自带流胶槽和侧面纵槽,便于木榫固定。

多米诺木榫可以用于底架的连接、框架的连接和抽屉的连接。木榫既适合在室内和室外环境下使用,同样也适合用于镂空工件或实心工件的连接。
