面向竹材加工的高效开条装置结构设计文献综述

摘 要:

目前我国家具制造业市场依旧以木制家具为主导,但是以目前看来木材家具具有原材料生长周期慢,污染破坏环境等缺点。因此需求其他更为优良的材料来代替木制家具。综合我国国情,竹材作为一种绿色材料,拥有木材所没有的诸多优秀特性,必将获得市场的关注和认可。而随着市场对竹材家具的需求增大,原竹加工效率也在逐步提升。对于竹材加工中,设计高效的开条装置将会有效的解决手工开条的低效,竹条合格率低,人工成本大等问题。通过优化开条过程中的各工序,利用现有技术对解决上料,对心,喂料,开条等环节的现有问题,真正实现高效生产。

Literature review on 'efficient slitting device for bamboo processing'

Abstract:

At present, China#39;s furniture manufacturing market is still dominated by wooden furniture, but it seems that wood furniture has the disadvantages of slow growth cycle of raw materials, pollution and damage to the environment. So other, better materials are needed to replace wooden furniture. Considering China#39;s national conditions, bamboo, as a kind of green material, has many excellent characteristics that wood does not have, and will certainly get the attention and recognition of the market. And as the market demand for bamboo furniture increases, the original bamboo processing efficiency is also gradually improved. For bamboo processing, the design of efficient sliver device will effectively solve the low efficiency of manual sliver, low bamboo sliver qualification rate, large labor costs and other problems。By optimizing each working procedure in the slitting process and using the existing technology to solve the existing problems in feeding, centering, feeding, slitting and other links, the real realization of efficient production.
