基于PLC的脲醛胶制备自动控制技术的研究的文献综述
摘要:介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)在人造板的调供胶自动控制系统中的应用,首先分析脲醛树脂胶的生产工艺,分别从PH值、温度、甲醛量等方面设计脲醛树脂胶的自动控制过程,然后对系统编程软件的设计,最后总结系统的特点。
国外先进的人造板厂的施胶量为8%~12%,国内一些厂的施胶量为14%以上.有的高达20%.我国胶粘剂的价格较高胶粘剂的费用占创花板成本的45%以上,而国外只占27%。降低施胶量的确是各人造板厂十分关注的问题。因此寻求一种切实可行的施胶量控制手段是提高刨花板生产经济效益的重要途径。目前可编程序控制器(PLC)已成为工业控制领域中最主要的自动化装置之一,本研究课题采用PLC作为系统的主控设备。
Abstract:This paper introduces the application of programmable logic controller (PLC) in the automatic control system of wood-based panel dispensing and supplying glue. Firstly, the production process of urea-formaldehyde resin glue is analyzed. The automatic control process of urea-formaldehyde resin glue is designed from the aspects of PH value, temperature and formaldehyde quantity. Then, the design of system programming software is given. Finally, the characteristics of the sizing capacity of advanced wood-based panel factories abroad ranges from 8% to 12%, while that of some domestic factories is over 14%. Some of them are as high as 20%. The cost of higher-priced adhesives in China accounts for more than 45% of the cost of wood-based panels, while that in foreign countries only accounts for 27%. Reducing sizing amount is indeed a matter of great concern to wood-based panels factories. Therefore, it is an important way to improve the economic benefits of particleboard production to find a feasible sizing control method. At present, programmable logic controller (PLC) has become one of the most important automation devices in the field of industrial control. In this study, PLC is used as the main control equipment of the system.

1.课题背景:
在木材工业中,脲醛树脂占总生产量的90%,脲醛树脂由于价格便宜、胶合强度好、耐水性好等优点而被广泛的应用,尤其在室内装饰材料人造板的应用,用量最大。目前,人造板厂均使用脲醛树脂胶作为主要的胶黏剂。但是,在脲醛胶制备过程中存在甲醛释放过量、污染环境、损害人体健康等缺点。随着国家对环境保护力度的逐步加大,与此同时也限制着胶黏剂的使用,严重影响着人造板行业的发展。脲醛树胶制备工艺虽然简单,但是控制不当会严重影响质量。
目前,国内胶粘剂行业的生产自动化程度低,大部分都是是手工操作,人为干扰因素很大,难以保证和控制胶液的质量,尤其是胶液中游离甲醛的含量.虽然国外制胶过程已实现了自动化智能控制,但引进设备一次性投资及后续维护费用高。硬件设备的投资尚在其次,由于过程控制软件的设计会涉及到胶粘剂相关产品的配方,极有可能涉及到知识产权的问题,所以,难以适应我国投资小、规模小分散经营、手工作坊式生产的国情。随着社会对环保型胶粘剂需求量日益迫切,研制开发脲醛树脂胶生产过程自动控制系统已迫在眉睫.
