文 献 综 述The Great Silk Road is the common name for the trade caravan route connecting China with Western Asia and Europe. This road was formed in the second century BC., and existed until the 15th century. The trade artery connecting East and West passed through Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan, and played a large role in the development of this region. The main commodity that went along this road was silk produced in China. The opening of trade along the Great Silk Road created, first of all, favorable conditions for improving international relations between the states of the East and West. The Belt and Road Initiative may become another step towards the implementation of the Greater Eurasia project. For a small, inland country like Kyrgyzstan, which does not have large reserves of minerals and a big debt, this project looks like a "lifeline", as a completely new opportunity for the country's development. Taking an active part in this project, Kyrgyzstan gets the prospect for the development of many aspects of economic, political, cultural, humanitarian relations with the countries participating in the project. This is very important for Kyrgyzstan, as it is in search of its place in the world community and strives to become a country convenient for the location of international organizations, holding international and regional forums, as well as a regional cultural and educational center. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the benefits that the Belt and Road Initiative will bring to Kyrgyzstan. The existing research mainly includes the following aspects.Research backgroundThe research focused on the history and current situation of Sino- Kyrgyzstan TradeSabirov Rysbek (2013) argued that the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kirghizstan and China this year marks 29 years. In 1992, China was one of the first countries to recognize our country's independence. From then on, a new history of relations between Kyrgyzstan and China started as peaceful, sovereign neighboring nations. Today, Kyrgyz-Chinese relations are evolving dynamically and at an extraordinary high pace in the history of bilateral engagement. [1]Anton Kubiskii (2019) analyzed that over the years of independence, Kyrgyzstan has signed more than ten state investment deals with China. In the early 1990s, there were major commodity loans, as well as loans for the reconstruction of road infrastructure, in particular the Osh-Sary-Tash-Irkeshtam highway, and in the last 10 years the Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart highway. New Kyrgyz-Chinese agreements have been signed for the coming years to rehabilitate several strategic highways, as well as to overhaul roads in Bishkek. [2]The research focused on the comparative advantages and major export commodities of Kyrgyzstan and China in bilateral tradeTazabekov (2002) stressed that China has been one of the major exporters of our goods since 1992. Kyrgyzstan exports primarily primary production items to the PRC-raw materials, materials and other commodities with limited added value. [3]Mambetova (2020) argued that China became the first trading partner of Kyrgyzstan (28.3% of the total foreign trade of Kyrgyzstan), the first source of imports (37.5% of the total imports of Kyrgyzstan) and the sixth in the size of the export object (5.2% of the total export volume of Kyrgyzstan) [4]The research focused on the Kyrgyzstans participation in the Belt and Road InitiativeAmankulov Bakhkiyar (2018) argued that "One Belt - One Road", which was proposed by the President of the PRC for the stable development of the economies of the member states. Issues of project implementation will be studied, as well as the goals of this initiative. What role does it play, in particular, for Kyrgyzstan and what will be the consequences of this.[5]Islanova Rakhat (2019) argued that Kyrgyzstan also completely supports the plans for the development of the Green Silk Road and the Truthful Silk Road. As an agricultural nation, we stand for safe, ecological goods. Clean culture is the most important thing for Kyrgyzstan. "The joint execution of mutually beneficial projects is necessary within the context of the One Belt-One Road initiative," said the Presidents of the PRC and Kyrgyzstan.[6]The research related with Kyrgyzstans Benefits from the Belt and Road InitiativeRakhimov (2018) argued that The Government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan saw the Belt and Road Project as an opportunity to build and modernize aging road and rail infrastructure; encourage foreign direct investment; and improve trade and economic cooperation. In specific, by order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, a protocol on joint cooperation in the construction of the SREB was agreed between the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, which provides for the development of a regional transport corridor and the related logistics and transport infrastructure.[7]Yu Zhuochao (2016) argued that "One Belt - One Road" is a project that is aimed not only at mutual trade, but also at the development of science, technology, enrichment of the culture, traditions and customs of the peoples inhabiting the territories along which it passes.[8]Rakhimov (2018) highlighted that the participation of the Kyrgyz Republik in the execution of the "One Belt-One Road" project would be reflected in the building of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway line. [9]Akmataliev (2019) argued that it is very lucrative for Kyrgyzstan to operate in one transport link with the ambitious and economically rising China. This opens not only new commercial, but also political directions. [10]Omurova (2019) argued that at the present stage of cooperation, the Kyrgyz Republic has taken its place in the regional strategy of China, in the construction of roads, hydroelectric power plants, the implementation of mining and other large programs within the framework of the OBOR project, increasing credit financing of Chinese investors. [11]Kanatova Jibek (2018) argued that China is showing increasing interest in Kyrgyzstan's resource base, as China has limited resources. The land of Kirghizstan is rich in precious minerals, such as fossil oil, non-ferrous metals, gold mines, etc. Kyrgyzstan has silver and copper deposits, as well as iron ores, manganese and other rare earth metals. [12]Sharshev (2017) said that this project is advantageous to us: compensation for the transit of goods and the export of goods to other countries would stimulate our own demand. We would also have connections to the ports of China. [13]Talaibek Koichumanov (2019) assessed the possibilities of the involvement of the Kyrgyz Republic in the programme, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic states that "Kyrgyzstan fits well into the project, has a status and has the potential to execute projects within the economic belt of the Silk Route. As part of the initiative, we will also export services and build jobs.[14]Daniyar Karimov (2020) argued that tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world and China. We have every reason to believe that the Belt and Road Initiative would provide impetus to cooperation in this region. For now, Chinese tourists tend to visit urban cities in other countries, but I think they'll soon get bored and be more interested in natural landscapes. That's what's going on in Kyrgyzstan [15]References[1] Sabirov R.K. Kyrgyz-Chinese relations at the present stage [Text] / RK Sabirov // Izdenis.
