3D打印连接件接合的模数化系统家具设计

摘要
在当前工业4.0时代的社会大背景下,出现了两大矛盾,一是产品设计同质化和用户需求个性化之间的矛盾,二是经济发展和环境可持续发展之间的矛盾。综合考虑这两大矛盾点,通过对模数化设计思想的深入了解,将模数化设计引入家具行业领域,并结合近几年兴起的3D打印技术,用模数化的理念指导组装系统家具设计,以实现简化家具连接部件,节约资源,提高效率,并且可以快速拆装,自由变换安装形式构成不同组合家具的家具系统。

Abstract
In the current social context of the Industry 4.0 era, two major contradictions have emerged. One is the contradiction between homogeneity of product design and the individualization of user needs, and the other is the contradiction between economic development and environmental sustainable development. Considering these two contradictions comprehensively, through in-depth understanding of modular design ideas, the introduction of modular design into the field of furniture industry, combined with the 3D printing technology that has emerged in recent years, use the modular concept to guide the assembly of system furniture It is designed to simplify the connecting parts of furniture, save resources, improve efficiency, and can be quickly disassembled and freely change the installation form to form a furniture system of different combination furniture.
