绿绒床垫铺垫层结构及其压陷性能研究

摘要

以半光低粘聚酯切片和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯切片为原材料加工而成的绿绒,是一种全新的绿色纤维材料,具有高回弹性、较强的抗变形能力以及良好的保温性能,是一种性能优异的新型高弹纤维。与聚氨酯海绵对比,绿绒回弹性能好、抗变形能力强、弹性衰减低,且材质轻柔、可再生可降解,又具有良好的保暖性能。虽然绿绒有如此优良的特性和丰富的资源,但作为填充材料制备床垫的还比较少见。

本课题以由绿绒为主要材料制成的填充材料为研究对象,结合现有床垫铺垫层材料对比样本,并借助一定的科学技术手段,进行相关压缩力学性能分析与研究,旨在探讨绿绒纤维在床垫产品中应用的有效合理应用,为将绿绒纤维作为海绵的替代品做基础性理论研究,并从力学性能上分析绿绒材料替代海绵作为床垫铺垫层填充材料的可能性。

ABSTRACT

Green velvet is a new kind of green fiber material, which is made from semi-light low viscosity polyester chip and polybutylene terephthalate chip. It has high resilience, strong deformation resistance and good thermal insulation performance. It is a new type of high elastic fiber with excellent performance. Compared with polyurethane sponge, green velvet has good resilience, strong deformation resistance, low elastic attenuation, and soft material, renewable and degradable, and has good thermal performance. Although green velvet has such excellent characteristics and rich resources, but as a filling material for mattress preparation is relatively rare.
