天然丝素蛋白纳米纤维/再生丝素蛋白纳米纤维复合材料的制备与表征初探
摘 要
蚕丝是一种性能优良的纤维,是人类最早利用的天然蛋白质之一,是一种具有独特结构的蛋白质家族,丝素蛋白具有优异的生物相容性和可生物降解性,已经广泛应用于纺织工程,酶固定化等多个领域,本文以天然丝素蛋白纳米纤维/再生丝素蛋白纳米纤维复合材料的制备与表征为研究方向,通过对天然蚕丝进行脱胶处理得到脱胶丝,再对脱胶丝进行硫酸水解和溴化锂溶解,分别得到天然丝素蛋白纳米纤维和再生丝素蛋白纳米纤维,并对得到的纳米纤维分散液的稳定性进行研究,将天然丝素蛋白纳米纤维与海藻酸钠进行复合,并对原始及复合材料分别进行扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和红外光谱分析,最后将天然丝素蛋白纳米纤维与再生丝素蛋白纳米纤维复合,得到复合纳米材料,并对复合材料在进行形貌表征和探究。

Preparation and characterization of natural fibroin nanofiber/regenerated fibroin nanofiber composites
ABSTRACT
Silk is a kind of high performance fibers, is one of the earliest human use of natural protein, is a kind of unique structure of the protein family, silk fibroin has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability, have been widely used in textile engineering, enzyme immobilization, and other fields, based on the natural silk fibroin nanofibers/regenerated silk fibroin nanofibers composite material preparation and characterization of as the research direction, based on the natural silk degummed silk degumming processing, then to sulfuric acid hydrolysis and lithium bromide solution of degummed silk, natural silk fibroin nanofibers respectively and regenerated silk fibroin nanofibers, And nanofiber dispersion of moral stability study, the natural silk fibroin nanofibers with sodium alginate composite, and the original and the composite respectively through scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analysis, the final will be natural silk fibroin nanofibers and regenerated silk fibroin nanofibers composite, composite nanomaterials, and the composite materials in morphology characterization and explored.
