低碳城市建设与绿色金融的双向互动：影响、机制与发展策略
[摘要]经济的发展在带来无限潜力的同时也给环境造成了难以逆转的伤害。在新时代无论是维持经济持续发展还是建设美好生态环境都是同样重要的议题。作为发展中国家，我国建设低碳城市、发展绿色金融不仅有助于缓和经济发展与环境保护的矛盾，还有助于日后形成一种良性的社会发展模式。
本文在梳理国内外文献、学者研究成果的启发下，总结出低碳城市建设与绿色金融双向互动中的影响、机制、和发展策略，为在建设低碳城市的同时发展绿色金融拓展了思路。

Abstract:Economic development brings unlimited potential, but also causes irreversible damage to the environment. In the new era, both maintaining sustainable economic development and building a better ecological environment are equally important issues. As a developing country, China#39;s construction of low-carbon cities and development of green finance not only help to ease the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, but also help to form a benign social development model in the future.
Inspired by the literature review and scholars#39; research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the influence, mechanism, and development strategy of the two-way interaction between low-carbon city construction and green finance, which expands the ideas for the development of green finance while building low-carbon city.

国务院近日印发《关于加快建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系的指导意见》提出，建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系,促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型,是解决我国资源环境生态问题的基础之策。追求生产的低碳化是当前人类面对高速经济发展与环境日益污染后做出的明智决策。绿色金融发起于长期以来的粗放式的经济发展所诱发的环境问题。通过绿色金融有效支撑城市低碳化发展对于研究者具有较强的研究价值，值得深入研究。
