基于springboot的企业工资考勤管理系统

摘要：随着世界经济的飞速发展，各大企业的规模进一步扩大，早期的企业人员管理模式已经越来越难以满足企业的需求，开发出一个便于管理企业员工的工资考勤管理系统对于大部分企业非常必要。而Springboot是目前java开发最流行的框架，集成了表现层、持久层、业务层三层的框架，简化了开发Spring应用的过程，通过Springboot框架，开发者可以快速编写出符合需求的Spring应用程序，节省开发软件的各项成本。借助当今先进的信息技术和开发工具，开发出一个最基本的工资考勤管理系统已经可以为人事、财务省去很多麻烦，但是从开发者用户两边角度来看，开发出一个优秀的管理系统任重而道远。本文参考业界各大代表性企业考勤管理制度，以及一些相关的管理软件，提出基于Springboot的企业工资考勤管理系统。以财务、人事部门以及员工自身都能切实享受系统带来的便利为最终目标，开发一款基于Springboot，以web页面作交互的企业工资考勤管理系统。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy,scale of each enterprise is increasingly expanded.The early model used for personal management can no longer meet the need,so itrsquo;s necessary for most enterprise to develop a salary and attendance management system,which make it easy to manage their employee.Springboot is the most popular framework in java development,which combines persistence layer with business layer and presentation layer.By using this framework,the developer can quickly wirte a Spring programe they want,in order to save the cost in software development.Nowadays,with the advanced information technology and development tools,developing a basic salary and attendance management system can save many troubles for personnel and finance department.But in both the developers and usersrsquo; sense,therersquo;s still a long way to go to develop a excellent system.This article will refer to each representative enterprisersquo;s management rules and some related applications,to propose the enterprise salary and attendance management system based on Springboot.It will help develop a enterprise salary and attendance management system based on Springboot,and displayed by web window,aiming to make finance department,personnel and employee truly enjoy convience the system brings.

随着企业规模的进一步扩大，抛开效率不谈，纯粹的人工管理也已经很难正确妥当的管理好每一个员工的薪资考勤工作，对于有着一定规模的企业来说，一个企业考勤管理系统可以给公司管理者和员工都带来很多好处。一个设计合理的考勤管理系统不仅仅能为财务部、人事部等部门省去大量麻烦，同时也从员工工资的方面优化了公司的人力成本，员工会为了更高的薪资，提高自己的工作效率，这对企业而言无疑是可以受益颇多的。目前，国内许多大型企业诸如阿里、华为等企业都有着自己独特的考勤制度，这些企业通过KPI考核员工绩效，以此决定员工应拿的工资，而KPI的量化指标对于每一家公司而言都是保密的，也由此可见这些大型公司对员工考勤管理的重视程度。目前大型公司都已经拥有一套足够完善的工资考勤管理系统，这些系统也都侧面表现了这些公司的企业文化，但是这些系统是否能真的为员工提供机遇和便利，社会上还有不少争议，可以说，开发和完善这一系统的道路是永无止境的。
本次毕业设计将开发一款使用springboot框架的企业工资考勤管理系统，在web页面上使用，更加便于公司人员使用。在这套系统中，人事部可以更加方便的采集与确认员工考勤状况，财务人员在计算员工工资时可以更快的核实与发放，而员工也可以非常方便的确认自己应拿份额，并向人事部反馈异常情况。
