荷风四面，邻里共享——宿迁市荷香园小区二期景观环境改造设计
摘要
随着经济的发展，城市化步伐的加快和城市人口的增加，城市居民住宅呈现出惊人的发展速度，新建居住区条件在不断提高。然而由于设计欠妥或管理不当的原因，仍存在设施缺乏、汽车位不足并大量占用公共空间、景观维护不当等问题，对人们的生活质量产生了不小的影响。故此，需要对其进行景观改造，以满足居民日益增长的生活居住要求。国内外对于居住区附属绿地的研究发展迅速，主要方向集中于两个主要方面：一是生态型居住区绿的研究，二是人性化居住区绿地设计。这两个主要方向中还包括了更多方向更明确，技术性、专业性更强的课题。本文着重对近几年国内外重点的居住区附属绿地的研究方向进行总结对比，为宿迁市荷香园小区二期景观环境改造设计提出符合人与自然，人与人和谐共处的新型人居环境设计方案提供理论依据。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the acceleration of the pace of urbanization and the increase of urban population, the urban residential buildings show an amazing speed of development, and the conditions of new residential areas are constantly improving.However, due to improper design or improper management, there are still problems such as lack of facilities, lack of car space and taking up a lot of public space, and improper maintenance of landscape, which have a great impact on people#39;s quality of life.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out landscape reconstruction to meet the increasing living requirements of residents.The research on the attached green space of residential area is developing rapidly at home and abroad. The main direction is focused on two main aspects: one is the research on the ecological green space of residential area, the other is the design of humanized green space of residential area.These two main directions also include more specific, technical and professional topics.This paper focuses on the summary and comparison of the research direction of the residential area attached green space at home and abroad in recent years, and provides a theoretical basis for the landscape environment reconstruction design of the second phase of Hexiangyuan Community in Suqian City to put forward a new residential environment design scheme in line with man and nature and harmonious coexistence of man and man.

1前言
为实现人类健康稳定的可持续发展，在生产与生活中逐渐引入了生态理念。目前我国正致力于构建公园城市以及资源节约型的环境友好社会，因此，在景观设计中也必须要从这一目标出发，以生态理念为基础，实现居住区景观环境的人性化设计，促进我国景观行业的健康有序发展，同时也从根本上改善人们的生活环境，提高人们的生活质量。“一个城市的预期就是整个城市就是一个大公园，老百姓走出来就像在自己家里的花园一样”。这是习近平总书记关于未来城市的美好畅想，旨在追求人与自然矛盾的平衡点，营建和谐共生的生态人居环境。实现公园城市等整体目标离不开每个微观的具体景观设计，因此作为与人们居住最密切的居住区附属绿地其景观环境改造设计尤为重要。
