摘 要

簸箕柳(Salix suchowensis)隶属于杨柳科柳属,是原产于我国的小灌木,是我国重要的经济树种,扦插当年即可开花,主要分布于山东南部、浙江北部、河南东部、江苏、淮河中下游平原,枝条韧性强,柔软,剥去皮色白光滑,可用于编制筐篮、柳条箱、农具等用具;也可用于护堤固岸,防风固沙,是一种很有发展前途的经济类植物。簸箕柳生长速度快、轮伐期短,是重要的生物质能源树种。簸箕柳主要以扦插繁殖为主,插穗的质量直接影响簸箕柳的产量。因此,插穗的选择是实现簸箕柳高产、稳产的关键。林木的数量性状基因定位是林木遗传育种研究过程的一个重要的方面,利用与目标的性状紧密连锁的遗传标记,对目标的性状进行选择,可以实现早期的选择来提高育种效率,对加快林木的重要性状遗传的改良有着重要的意义。不同的插穗预处理以及插穗的种植密度和深度都会影响柳树人工林的建立。插穗的年龄与部位也是柳树人工林建立的重要因素。

Literature review

Abstract

Salix suchowensis is a small shrub native to China, belonging to the genus Saliaceae. It is an important economic tree species in China. Cuttings will bloom in the current year. It is mainly distributed in southern Shandong, northern Zhejiang, eastern Henan, Jiangsu and the middle and lower reaches of the Huaihe River Plain. It can be used for weaving baskets, wicker boxes, agricultural tools and other tools; It can also be used to protect the bank and fix the sand. It is a kind of economic plant with a promising future. The Salix suchowensis is an important biomass energy tree with fast growth speed and short rotation period. The Salix suchowensis is mainly propagated by cuttings, and the quality of cuttings directly affects the yield of Salix suchowensis. Therefore, the selection of cuttings is the key to achieve high and stable yield of Salix suchowensis. Quantitative trait gene mapping of forest trees is an important aspect of the research process of tree genetic breeding. Using genetic markers closely linked with target traits to select target traits can realize early selection to improve breeding efficiency, and it is of great significance to accelerate the genetic improvement of important traits of trees. Different cuttings pretreatment as well as planting density and depth of cuttings will affect the establishment of willow plantation. The age and position of cuttings are also important factors for the establishment of willow plantation.
