簸箕柳叶肉原生质体游离和纯化方法研究
摘要:细胞是生命的单位,单个细胞具有独特的细胞性质。有研究表明,样本中单个细胞之间的基因表达调控也存在差异。在单个细胞水平上研究基因的功能显得尤为重要。簸箕柳(Salix suchowensis)原产我国,是杂交当年即可开花的小灌木,种植资源丰富,是进行木本植物遗传学研究的理想材料。簸箕柳原生质体分离是进行单细胞研究的第一步,本研究试图建立簸箕柳原生质体分离与纯化体系,为簸箕柳单细胞研究奠定基础。

Isolation and purification of protoplasts from Salix suchowensis
Abstract: cell is the unit of life, and a single cell has unique cell properties. Studies have shown that there are also differences in gene expression regulation among individual cells in the sample. It is very important to study the function of gene at the level of single cell. Salix suchowensis originated in China, is a small shrub that can blossom in the year of hybridization. It is rich in planting resources and is an ideal material for genetic research of woody plants. Protoplast isolation is the first step of single cell research of Salix suchowensis. Protoplast isolation is the first step of single cell research. This study attempts to establish a protoplast isolation and purification system of Salix suchowensis, which lays a foundation for single cell research of Salix suchowensis.
