广东东莞20万吨自来水厂设计文献综述

摘要:东莞位于广东省中南部,北接广州,南连深圳,是近年来珠江三角洲经济发展和城市化进程较快的地区。多年以来,一直把基础设施建设作为提高城市竞争力的战略工程,以超前的意识和巨额的投入,形成了良好的投资环境,经济得到迅猛发展。根据供水资料显示,2004年市政供水量为420万m3/d,但无法满足需水要求,供水高峰期缺水量为40~50万m3/d,为保证经济的飞速发展,考虑到东莞的经济结构调整和持续发展的需要,市政府决定在镇鳌峙塘建设水厂。

水处理采用预处理一常规处理- -深度处理工艺,预处理采用预臭氧法,常规处理工艺采用折板絮凝沉淀池-翻板砂滤池,深度处理工艺采用臭氧- -生物活性炭翻板滤池。本文简要介绍了主要构筑物工艺设计参数、设备配置等,并对工艺设计特点进行了总结。

本设计的主要内容包括:取水工程、净水厂工艺设计、输水工程三部分

Abstract: Dongguan is located in the south central part of Guangdong Province, connecting Guangzhou in the north and Shenzhen in the south. It is an area with rapid economic development and urbanization in the Pearl River Delta in recent years. For many years, infrastructure construction has been regarded as a strategic project to improve the competitiveness of the city. With advanced awareness and huge investment, a good investment environment has been formed and the economy has developed rapidly. According to the water supply data, the municipal water supply in 2004 was 4.2 million m3 / D, but it could not meet the water demand. The water shortage in the peak period of water supply was 400000-500000 m3 / D. in order to ensure the rapid economic development, considering the needs of Dongguan#39;s economic restructuring and sustainable development, the municipal government decided to build a water plant in zhenaoshitang.

The water treatment adopts the pre-treatment conventional treatment advanced treatment process, the pre-treatment adopts the pre ozone method, the conventional treatment process adopts the folded plate flocculation sedimentation tank turned plate sand filter, and the advanced treatment process adopts the ozone biological activated carbon turned plate filter. This paper briefly introduces the process design parameters and equipment configuration of main structures, and summarizes the process design characteristics.
