银杏果beta;-葡萄糖苷酶的分离纯化及性质研究
摘 要
本文首先介绍了银杏果的食用价值、药用价值,其次对银杏果的主要毒性成分4rsquo;-O-甲基吡哆醇(4rsquo;-O-methylpyridoxine, MPN)及其葡萄糖苷衍生物4rsquo;-O-甲基吡哆醇-5rsquo;-葡萄糖苷(4rsquo;-O-methylpyridoxine-5rsquo;-glucoside, MPNG)进行了概述。此外,对beta;-葡萄糖苷酶酶学性质及其提取、分离纯化工艺以及应用进行了介绍。本论文通过对白果内源beta;-葡萄糖苷酶的纯化以及以MPNG为底物的酶学特性研究,以阐明MPN与MPNG的生物转化关系。

Isolation, Purification and Properties of beta;-Glucosidase from Ginkgo Seeds
Abstract
In this paper, the edible and medicinal values of Ginkgo seeds were introduced firstly, and then the main toxic component 4rsquo;-O-methylpyridoxine (MPN) and its glucoside derivative MPN-5rsquo;-glucoside (MPNG) were summarized. In addition, the properties, extraction, purification and application of beta;-glucosidase were introduced. Lastly, in order to elucidate the biotransformation of MPN and MPNG, the purification of beta;-glucosidase from Ginkgo seeds and the enzymatic properties of MPNG were studied.
