表面活性剂对松香乳液性能的影响
摘要
松香是一种可再生自然资源，在人民生活中是不可缺少的化学品，同时在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。我国的松香在产量和出口量上都在世界之首，且主要以原料作为出口形式。要改变这一出口方式就要改善产品的应用性能，以及对松香进行一系列的改性。松香乳液主要以天然松香作为主要反应原料,，加热熔融以微粒形式分散在水相中形成稳定的分散体。再利用乳化剂将松香乳化制成松香乳液。随着水性胶和水性涂料的迅速发展，松香无论在改性胶黏剂还是在改性涂料性能等领域都有良好的开发和应用前景。但松香乳液迅速发展的同时, 自身也存在一些缺点, 比如天然松香本身存在易变质的缺陷，所制成的天然松香乳液稳定性尚不理想，很难实现天然松香乳液的商品化。为了使松香乳液得到更广泛的应用，采取表面活性剂进行改性来拓展其应用前景，来制备原料成本低，操作简单，绿色环保，稳定性好的松香乳液。

Effect of Surfactant on Properties of Rosin Emulsion
ABSTRACT
Rosin is a kind of renewable natural resources, is an indispensable chemical in people#39;s life, and plays an important role in the national economy. China#39;s rosin is the world#39;s largest producer and exporter, mainly in the form of raw materials. It is necessary to improve the application performance of the product and make a series of modifications to rosin. Rosin emulsion mainly USES natural rosin as the main reaction material, and the solid dispersion is formed by heating and melting. The rosin emulsion is made by emulsifying agent. With the rapid development of water-based adhesives and water-based coatings rosin has a good development and application prospect in both modified adhesives and modified coatings. However, while rosin emulsion is developing rapidly, it also has some shortcomings, such as natural rosin itself has the defect of metamorphism, the stability of the natural rosin emulsion is not ideal, it is difficult to realize the commercialization of natural rosin emulsion.
