设计综述
摘要
本生产线设计是根据目前国内外果汁饮料的发展研究现状,进行年产300000t猕猴桃饮料生产线的设计。通过查阅有关资料,设计内容,选择厂址以及生产方法,依据拟定的设计目标及进度安排对生产车间进行了物料衡算,进而进行了车间的工艺设计,选择设计方案,确定工艺流程并进行了主要的设备选型。

ABSTRACT
The design of this production line is based on the current development and research status of fruit juice beverage at home and abroad, and the annual output of 300,000 t kiwi fruit drink beverage production line is designed. Through consulting relevant data, designing content, selecting plant site and production method, the material balance of the production workshop is calculated according to the proposed design objectives and schedule arrangement, and then the process design of the workshop is carried out, the design scheme is selected, the process flow is determined, and the main equipment selection is carried out.
