茶多酚-丙烯酸酯的改性研究
摘要
丙烯酸酯乳液由于其优良的成膜、耐光、耐腐蚀性及价格低廉,合成工艺简单等特点,已被广泛应用在化工、医学、电子、建筑等生活方方面面。但是,由于丙烯酸酯乳液自身结构的限制,其存在着一些如耐水性差,耐沾污性差,温度高易变粘和温度低易变脆等缺点,这些缺陷限制了它的进一步应用。人们环保意识的增强和国家相关标准的制定推动了广大专家学者对兼具环保、安全、经济、高效的丙烯酸酯类聚合物的研究和改性。
茶叶中多种生理活性物质,如多酚、咖啡碱、茶黄素、茶红素、多糖等一一被提取出来,作为纯天然食品添加剂添加到食品、医药保健、日用化工、农业生产等领域,有重要的应用价值。而茶多酚就是其中一种具有重要的与丙烯酸酯改性的有机化合物。本试验以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N#39;-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,添加茶多酚,通过溶液聚合法制得颗粒状茶多酚-丙烯酸酯;研究了单体中和度、引发剂和交联剂用量、茶多酚添加量、反应温度等不同因素对产品性能的影响,从而确定制备茶多酚-丙烯酸树脂的最佳工艺条件,以及对茶多酚丙烯酸酯改性后的物理化学性能的表征测试进行研究。

Study on the modification of tea polyphenol acrylate
ABSTRACT
Acrylate emulsion has been widely used in chemical industry, medicine, electronics, architecture and other aspects because of its excellent film forming, light resistance, corrosion resistance, low cost and simple synthetic process. However, due to the limitations of the structure of acrylate emulsion, there are some shortcomings such as poor water resistance, poor stain resistance, high temperature, sticky and low temperature and crisp, which limits its further application. The enhancement of people#39;s awareness of environmental protection and the formulation of relevant national standards have promoted the majority of experts and scholars to study and modify acrylate polymers with environmental protection, safety, economy and efficiency.
A variety of physiological active substances in tea, such as polyphenols, caffeine, theaflavin, thearubin, polysaccharide, etc., have been extracted one by one, which are added to the fields of food, medicine and health care, daily chemical industry, agricultural production as pure natural food additives, and have important application value. Tea polyphenol is one of the important organic compounds modified with acrylate. In this experiment, acrylic acid was used as monomer, potassium persulfate as initiator, N, n #39;- methylenebisacrylamide as cross-linking agent, tea polyphenol was added, and granular tea polyphenol acrylate was prepared by solution polymerization. The effects of different factors such as neutralization degree of monomer, dosage of initiator and cross-linking agent, dosage of tea polyphenol and reaction temperature on product performance were studied, so as to determine the preparation of tea polyphenol propylene The best technological conditions of acid resin and the characterization of physical and chemical properties of modified tea polyphenol acrylate were studied.
