铁钡氧体对水泥砂浆体积稳定性的影响

摘 要

随着材料科学的发展,现在水泥基材料的强度已不是主要问题,人们研究的重点逐渐转移到水泥基材料的耐久性问题上。水泥基的材料体积稳定性对其耐久性有重要影响,因此水泥基材料的体积稳定性是一个研究热点。铁钡氧体有望被用来制备新型核电牺牲材料,而这可能会出现砂浆体积稳定性问题。

本文的主要研究内容如下:研究不同掺量的铁钡氧体粉末对水泥砂浆体积稳定性的影响,主要研究水泥砂浆的干缩性能和自收缩。此外,还研究了铁钡氧体的基本性能表征和铁锶氧体对水泥砂浆的力学性能、微观结构的影响。首先干缩性能通过在规定条件下浇筑铁钡氧体粉末含量为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%的试件后,然后在标准养护1d、3d、7d、14d、28d、56d、91d用比长仪对试件进行测量,进而得出其收缩率变化。自收缩通过采用波纹管和非接触式探头相结合的方式测量砂浆自收缩。

Abstract

With the development of materials science, the strength of cement-based materials is no longer a major issue, and the focus of people#39;s research has gradually shifted to the durability of cement-based materials. The volume stability of cement-based materials has an important effect on its durability. Therefore, the volume stability of cement-based materials is a research hotspot. Iron-barium ferrite is expected to be used to prepare new nuclear power sacrificial materials, which may cause mortar volume stability problems.

The effect of different dosage of BaFe12O19 on volume stability of cement mortar was studied. The drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of cement mortar were investigated. In addition, the basic properties of BaFe12O19 and the effect of BaFe12O19 on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement mortar were also studied. The drying shrinkage properties of the specimens with different content of BaFe12O19 (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) were measured by a specific length meter on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 28th, 56th and 91th days, and then the drying shrinkage rate could be obtained. The autogenous shrinkage of mortar was measured by a combination of corrugated tube and non-contact detector.
