竹集成材单元基本力学性能研究文献综述
摘要:竹集成材是目前材料研发中一种新型材料,其实原竹经过一定的工艺程序制作而成的型材。竹集成材拥有绿色环保、可循环利用,施工噪声小等优点。与原竹材料相比,竹集成材在材料尺寸上可以按照建筑需求进行灵活的把控来满足建筑物构件的尺寸要求,因此在尺寸条件上竹集成材比原竹材更能够适应现代建筑高跨度,大尺寸的建筑需求,拥有良好的推广前景。本文首先介绍国内外对竹集成材单元的生产工艺的研究及发展状况,随后阐述对国内外对原竹材的基本力学性能与提高竹材耐久性能的研究并就目前的研究现状提出一些急需解决的问题,最后为未来竹集成材的发展给出一些方向和建议。

A review on basic mechanical properties of laminated bamboo lumber unit
Abstract: As a new type of material in material research and development, laminated bamboo lumber is actually a profile made of raw bamboo through a certain process. Laminated bamboo lumber has the advantages of environmental protection, recyclability and low construction noise. Compared with the raw bamboo materials, the size of the materials can be flexibly controlled according to the building demand to meet the size requirements of the building components. Therefore, in terms of the size conditions, laminated bamboo lumber are more suitable for the high span and large-scale building needs of modern buildings than the raw bamboo materials, and have a good prospect of promotion. This paper first introduces the research and development status of the production technology of laminated bamboo lumber at home and abroad, then expounds the research on the basic mechanical properties and the improvement of the durability of bamboo lumber at home and abroad, and puts forward some urgent problems on the current research status, and finally gives some directions and suggestions for the future development of laminated bamboo lumber.

传统竹建筑主要以原竹材料作为基本构件,但随着当代对建筑物跨度和尺寸要求的不断增大,原竹材料已经不能满足当代建筑的构件材料要求。现代竹建筑建筑材料主要是采用的现代工业主材,竹集成材就是现代工业竹材的一种。现代工业主材主要包括:Glubam胶合竹[1][1]、竹重组材[2][2]、竹集成材[3][3]等。竹集成材拥有较高的材料强度,目前主要应用于家具、地板等市场产品中。目前国内对于竹集成材的研究还处于起步阶段缺乏完善的规范体系,仍然有许多技术空白需要弥补。
