摘 要:框架结构是由许多梁和柱共同组成的框架来承受房屋全部荷载的结构。高层的民用建筑和多层的工业厂房,砖墙承重已不能适应荷重较大的要求,往往采用框架作为承重结构。房屋荷载包括人、家具、物品、机械设备的重量及楼板、墙体和本身自重等。砌在框架内的墙,仅起围护和分隔作用,除负担本身自重外,不承受其他荷重。为减轻框架荷重,应尽量采用轻质墙,如用泡沫混凝土砌块(墙板)或空心砖砌筑。一般框架以现场浇柱居多,为了加速工程进度,节约模板与顶撑,也可采取部分预制(如柱)部分现浇(梁),或柱梁预制接头现浇的施工方式。

ABSTRACT:Frame structure is composed of many beams and columns to bear all the loads of the house. For high-rise civil buildings and multi-storey industrial plants, the load-bearing of brick wall can not meet the requirements of large load, so the frame is often used as the load-bearing structure. House load includes the weight of people, furniture, articles, mechanical equipment, floor, wall and self weight. The wall built in the frame only serves as enclosure and separation, and bears no other loads except its own weight. In order to reduce the load of frame, light weight wall should be used as far as possible, such as foam concrete block (wall panel) or hollow brick masonry. Generally, most of the frames are cast-in-place columns. In order to speed up the progress of the project and save formwork and top bracing, the construction method of partial prefabrication (such as column) and partial cast-in-place (beam) or column beam precast joint cast-in-place can also be adopted.

该项目为一单体办公楼设计,项目位于六合区,建筑用地为30mtimes;55m的方形地块,拟设计建筑面积为9000m2左右,建筑控制高度为28m。抗震设防烈度7度(0.1g),场地类别为Ⅲ类,采用桩基础。
