饱和蒸汽热处理竹束工艺对重组竹材霉变性能的影响

摘要:本课题提出采用将竹材进行150-190℃的高温高压蒸汽热处理方法制备重组竹材,实现竹束单元材料高效、节能、无污染的改性处理技术,致使竹材中半纤维素降解,吸湿性能下降,提高其尺寸稳定性及生物耐久性;并通过对竹束喷蒸加热软化和热压胶合等技术集成,开发出高性能的户外竹重组材,形成户外用竹地板、竹墙板、竹栏栅、竹质园林工程材料等系列新产品

Effect about The Saturated Steam Heat Treatment of Bamboo Bundles on Moldy Properties of Reconstituted Bamboo
Abstract:This topic proposes to use high temperature and high pressure steam heat treatment of bamboo at 150-190℃ to prepare recombined bamboo, so as to realize efficient, energy-saving and pollution-free modification treatment technology of bamboo bundle unit materials, resulting in degradation of hemicellulose in bamboo, reduction of hygroscopicity, and improvement of its dimensional stability and biological durability. And through the integration of bamboo bundle steaming, heating, softening, hot pressing and gluing technologies, high-performance outdoor bamboo recombined materials are developed to form a series of new products such as outdoor bamboo floors, bamboo wallboards, bamboo fences, bamboo garden engineering materials and the same.
