丙烯酸酯乳液聚合反应工艺研究
摘 要
丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液性能优良,价格低廉,制备工艺简单,乳液稳定,应用非常广泛。本文所介绍的丙烯酸酯类共聚物是以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为单体,吐温20、吐温80混合物为表面活性剂,在引发剂一号和乳化剂一号的作用下得到的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯水性乳液,简介其研究背景,国内外研究进展,反应机理,实验步骤,以及目前所做试验存在的问题并主要对如何提高单体反应率以及如何提高成膜效应进行论述。

Study on emulsion polymerization of acrylate
ABSTRACT
Acrylate copolymer emulsion has good properties, low price, simple preparation process, stable emulsion and wide application.Described in this article the acrylic ester copolymer with methyl methacrylate (mma), butyl acrylate and styrene as monomer, twain mixture of 20 80, twain as surfactant, the initiator and emulsifier number one under the action of a number of styrene - acrylate emulsion, a brief introduction to its research background, research progress both at home and abroad, the reaction mechanism, experiment steps, and the current problems existing in experiment and mainly for how to improve the monomer reaction rate and how to improve the film forming effect is discussed.
