复合改性高吸水性树脂的研究
摘要
我国水资源匮乏,水土流失严重,土地沙漠化不断扩大,需要用吸水性树脂进行改善。同时我国地域广阔,各地气候不尽相同,大量土地盐碱化,要求高吸水性树脂需要有良好的吸水和保水能力。
本实验以丙烯酸(AA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备PAA/PVA高吸水性树脂。在此基础上,以马来酸酐,水稻秸秆为第三原料对上述高吸水性树脂进行复合化改性。考察交联剂,引发剂的用量对吸水性树脂的吸水率,吸水速率,保水率的影响。通过红外光谱仪,热重分析仪对数值进行分析。比较多组树脂的吸水率,吸水速率,保水能力。

Study on Composite Modified Superabsorbent Resin
In China, water resources are scarce, soil erosion is serious, and land desertification is expanding, so water-absorbent resin is needed to improve it. At the same time, China#39;s vast territory, different climates, a large number of land salinization, super absorbent resin needs to have good water absorption and retention capacity.
In this experiment, PAA/PVA superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization using acrylic acid (AA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as raw materials, potassium persulfate as initiator, N, N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. On this basis, these superabsorbent resins were modified by using maleic anhydride and rice straw as the third raw materials. The effects of the amount of crosslinking agent and initiator on the water absorption rate, water absorption rate and water retention rate of water absorbent resin were investigated. The data were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The water absorption rate, water absorption rate and water retention capacity of several groups of resins were compared.
