可拆分式电驱动树枝修剪无人机设计

摘 要

无人机是一种无人驾驶飞机。随着各领域技术的革新,这种飞机得到了前所未有的突破,它的研制和发展谱写了人类航空史的新篇章。因此,在林业方面也可以运用到无人机的技术,因为传统园艺工作者借助梯子等工具裁剪树枝是极其危险的弊端,例如桉树,白杨等树木高大、树干笔直,修剪起来不是很方便,为此设计一种基于无人机的修剪树枝的装置。利用无人机搭载链锯对树枝进行修剪,可以减少架梯作业的安全隐患。无人机和树枝之间采用环抱式,固定盘固定在树干上,利用自动夹紧装置夹紧,然后无人机搭载的链锯对树枝进行割据。无人机的机翼设计成可折叠的形式,缩小飞行器在非使用阶段的横向尺寸,便于携带。

ABSTRACT

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) is a kind of pilotless aircraft.With technological innovation in various fields.The plane made an unprecedented breakthrough,Its development has written a new chapter in the history of human aviation.Therefore, also can be applied to UAV in forestry technology, because the traditional tools such as gardeners use a ladder cut out the disadvantages of the branches is extremely dangerous, such as eucalyptus, poplar and other trees tall and straight trunk, cut up is not very convenient, to design a kind of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based pruning the branches of the device.It can reduce the safety hazard of ladder operation by pruning the branch with a chain saw.The drones and branches are held in a circular motion, fixed to the tree trunk, clamped with the automatic clamping device, and the chainsaws carried by the drone are cut off from the branches. The wing of the UAV is designed to be folded in form to reduce the lateral dimensions of the aircraft in the non-use phase, which is easy to carry.
