背负式弯管烟雾机结构设计
摘要:烟雾机是一种能产生烟雾的机器,是烟雾载药技术的施药机具。烟雾载药技术是防治卫生,飞、爬虫及消毒行之有效,快捷的防治方法。综述介绍了烟雾机的定义,简述脉动燃烧技术的历史和应用,回顾国内外烟雾机的发展历史和现状分析以及代表机型,例如美国CURTIS公司DynaFOG系列有Golden Eagle.Trailblazer.Super hawk.Black hawk.Mister MAX. Mister I.Silver Cloud等牌子的烟雾机,这些公司的产品绝大多数销往卫生防疫部门。还有德国ICEBA公司的“金枪牌”手提TF-3S型热烟雾机等,MOTAN公司Swing FOG系列烟雾机,Dr Stahlamp;Sohn GmbHamp;Co.KC公司的Pulse FOG系列烟雾机,如K2G,K10G等。我国从50年代末开始研制脉冲式烟雾机,如YT-5型手提式烟雾机,3Y-10型烟雾机,3Y-35型手提式烟雾机和3YD-8型背负式烟雾机等。并分析背负式弯管烟雾机的研究内容和特色创新,并且简要阐述造型结构设计的必要性,向人们介绍一种更加合乎自然,有利于人类自身发展的现代工业设计理念。

Summary for Structure design of smoke machine with back bend pipe
The smoke machine is a kind of machine that can produce smoke, and it is the use of smoke carrying technology. Smoke loading technology is an effective and effective method to prevent and control health, fly, reptile and disinfect. There are ICEBA Germany#39;s 'tuna' brand portable type TF-3S hot smoke machine, MOTAN, Swing FOG series Pulse FOG series smoke machine, smoke machine, Dr Stahlamp;Sohn GmbHamp;Co.KC companies such as K2G, K10G etc.. China has developed pulse smoke machines since the end of 50s, such as YT-5 portable smoke machine, 3Y-10 smoke machine, 3Y-35 portable smoke machine and 3YD-8 type backpack smoke machine. This paper analyzes the research contents and characteristics innovation of piggyback pipe fogging machine, and briefly expounds the necessity of modeling structure design, and introduces a modern industrial design idea which is more natural and beneficial to human#39;s own development.

1 课题研究目的和意义
脉动燃烧广为人知的一个例子是“会唱歌的火焰”。1777年,这个领域的先驱们就发现,把气体火焰置于一个圆柱型竖立的管子里,火焰会引起管子的自激振荡,其声学振型就是这根管子的固有声振模型上[1-4,24],管子里的声振与火焰在管中的位置管子的尺寸和形状燃气输送管的特征有关随着研究工作的进一步深入,人们还发现,管中的火焰也受到声振的影响,即声振与燃烧存在着耦合作用。从这以后,人们便陆续开始了对脉动燃烧的研究。在应用领域中,有些场合是需要抑制脉动燃烧的产生,然而有些场合则是要充分利用脉动燃烧的优点。
