淀粉塑料的研究进展

摘要:塑料以其来源丰富、产品美观、质轻、卫生、加工方便等特点而广泛应用于国民经济各部门和人民生活各领域,同时也给人类赖以生存的自然环境造成了不可忽视的负面影响。为了解决严重的“白色污染”问题,发达国家都很重视其替代材料的研究,近年来更强调采用天然原料来制造降解塑料。其中淀粉是一种来源丰富、价格便宜的天然高分子物质,也是一种取之不竭的可再生资源,能在多种环境下被生物降解,最终降解产物CO2和H2O可通过光合作用进行再循环,不会对环境产生任何污染。

本文对热塑性淀粉塑料(TPS)进行讨论,简述了淀粉塑料的定义、分类及其特点、介绍了国内外在这一领域的最新进展与研究成果,指出了淀粉塑料目前存在的问题以及今后发展方向,旨在寻找一种硬而韧的淀粉塑料。

Research Development of Starch Plastics

Abstract:Plastics are widely used in various fields of people#39;s lives, because of their rich source, beautiful products, light weight and convenient processing. Meanwhile, they also cause negative effects that can#39;t be ignored for human#39;s natural environment. In order to solve the serious problem of 'white pollution', the developed countries all attach great importance to the research of their substitute materials. In recent years, more emphasis is put on the use of natural raw materials to make degradable plastics. Starch is an abundant and cheap natural polymer material, itrsquo;s an inexhaustible renewable resources, can be degraded in a variety of environment, the final degradation products——CO2 and H2O can be recycled through photosynthesis, will not cause any pollution of the environment.

In this paper, the thermoplastic starch plastic (TPS) is discussed. The definition, classification and characteristics of starch plastic were briefly introduced. The research and new achievements in this field at home and abroad were introduced, and the existing problems and future development of starch plastic were also pointed out, in order to find a kind of hard and tough starch plastics.
