摘要
静电喷雾的雾滴穿透力强,命中率高,小雾滴飘失少,覆盖均匀,极大的改善了喷雾效果,减少了农药对环境的污染,提高了对森林病虫害的防治,提高食品的安全性,具有重大意义。静电喷雾装置的研究已经受到科研领域的重视,得到了一定的发展。本课题通过了解防治病虫害的方法和所使用的设备,针对作业条件及其防治病虫害的特点,设计适合风送静电喷雾机。实现农药的低喷量、精喷洒、少污染、高工效、高防效的喷雾,提高作物的安全,满足越来越高的环保和安全要求,也提高了我国植保机械的现代化、智能化水平。用于病虫害防治的风送静电喷雾机主要是利用气流把农药雾滴强制喷入作物株冠层中,这种技术可以增加喷雾的穿透性,并且可以减少雾滴飘移,增加附着率,实现低量喷雾。静电装置可以使雾滴荷电,改善雾滴在作物上的沉积效果,是可行的。
