淀粉塑料的研究进展
摘要
由于石油基塑料的不可再生和难生物降解等特性而带来的环境污染,能源紧缺等一系列问题也越来越严重,“白色污染”已成为各方关注的焦点。因而为了缓解不可降解的石油基塑料带来的资源短缺和环境问题,研究友好型生物降解塑料成为近年来的研究热点。淀粉与其它生物降解聚合物相比,具有来源广泛,价格低廉,易生物降解等优点,故而在生物降解塑料领域中具有重要的地位。本文介绍了淀粉塑料的定义和分类,简要概括了淀粉塑料的国内外研究现状,存在的问题,对淀粉塑料的未来发展进行了展望。

ABSTARCT
Due to non renewable petroleum based plastics and biodegradable characteristics such as environmental pollution, energy shortage and a series of problems are more serious 'white pollution' has become the focus of attention of all parties in order to alleviate the shortage of resources and environmental problems of non biodegradable petroleum based plastics brings the research friendly biodegradable plastics has become a research hot spot in recent years,. starch compared with other biodegradable polymer, which has wide source, low price, easy degradation and other advantages, so it has an important position in the field of biodegradable plastics. In this paper, the starch as raw material of plastic is discussed, a brief talk about the definition of starch plastic, its classification, domestic and international research status, existing problems and development trends.

淀粉塑料也被称为是淀粉基塑料(Starch-based plastics),指的是它的组成中含有淀粉或者是其衍生物的塑料,将天然淀粉为填充剂或者是将以天然淀粉或者是其衍生物为共混体系作为主要成分的塑料。
淀粉基塑料作为一种可再生材料已经被研究40余年,主要分为3类:第1类主要是在PP、PE等传统塑料中加入少量的淀粉来达到降低成本、增加塑料的 可降解性的目的,即淀粉填充型聚合物;第2类是随着环保意识的进一步提高,填充型淀粉塑料不再能满足低成本、可降解等要求,增加淀粉在塑料中的含量,以及增加淀粉和第2组分之间的连接,制备了可降解淀粉基塑料;第3类为全淀粉型塑料阶段,全淀粉型淀粉塑料是可完全降解的塑料,因其成本和性能的问题有待进一步提高,目前还基本处于研究阶段,在未来的很长一段时间,和可降解淀粉基塑料一样,将成为研究的重点。
