改性生物质材料的重金属离子吸附研究
摘要
重金属离子污染物能通过各种途径进入环境,造成农田土壤重金属污染日益严重;而木质素是自然界中唯一具有苯环结构的天然高分子,具有很多活性官能团,但还没有被大规模的应用于工业生产。利用膨润土、生物酚对木质素磺酸钠进行改性来制备改性生物质材料,不但能够拓宽了木质素的使用途径提高木质素的利用率,而且改性木质素含有大量的活性官能团能够与重金属离子发生螯合作用从而吸附土壤中重金属离子。本课题用膨润土、茶多酚与木质素磺酸钠等天然产物在酸性条件下共混,来制备生物质材料,并研究了膨润土晶体结构的变化、改性前后官能团的改变,以及改性生物质材料对指定重金属离子的吸附能力。

The Adsorption of Heavy Metal Ions of Modified Biologic Materials
ABSTRACT
Heavy metal ions are able to pollute environment via various ways and are making the situation of soil much more serious. On the other hand, lignin is a kind of natural polymer which contains the structure of benzene ring and many active functional groups, while that has not been used to industrial manufacture so far. Producing modified biologic materials by applying bentonite and natural phenol to modify lignin can not only find a novel way to make use of lignin, but also can adsorb the heavy metal ions in the soil by chelating with these ions. In this project, we mix bentonite , tea polyphenol and sodium lignin sulfonate under acid condition to produce biologic materials. Also, the change of crystal texture of bentonite, that of functional groups and the ability of adsorbing heavy metal ions of the novel materials are been studied.
