摘要:单宁是植物界中广泛存在的多酚类物质,含量仅次于木质素与纤维素。其具有抗氧化性、抑菌性等生理活性,因此在制革、化妆品、医药等方面有很高的应用价值。由于单宁的多样性,其提取的方式也不尽相同,主要有固液提取法、超临界流体提取法、加压水提取法、微波辅助提取法以及超声波辅助提取法这几种。固液提取是传统的提取方法,已经成功地应用于工业。由于其提取时间长、溶剂使用量大等缺点,因此开始研究其余集中新的提取工艺。在本综述中,主要介绍了这几种提取工艺对提取结果的影响因素及其优缺点。以及杨梅单宁超声辅助提取工艺研究国内外研究现状

Study on Ultrasonic extraction process of Myrica rubra Tannin (Summary)
Abstract: Tannin is a widespread polyphenols in the botanical world, and its content is second only to lignin and cellulose. It has antioxidant, bacteriostatic and other physiological activities. It has high application value in tanning, cosmetics, medicine and so on. Because of the diversity of tannin, the extraction methods are different, including solid-liquid extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, pressurized water extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction. Solid-liquid extraction is a traditional extraction method, which has been successfully applied in industry. Due to its long extraction time, large amount of solvent, and so on, it began to study the other concentrated new extraction process. In this review, the factors affecting the extraction results and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced.
