氮杂环卡宾的合成及其催化不对称有机反应的应用
摘 要
氮杂环卡宾催化剂自从首次被报道从天然维生素B1中所提取出来,它的发展就开始不断的涌现出来,这是一类新型的小分子有机合成催化剂,此类催化剂有操作较简单,选择性较好,没有污染等等诸如此类的主要特点,因此被应用在众多不对称有机合成反应过程之中,比如安息香缩合反应,Stetter反应等等。本文将介绍氮杂环卡宾催化剂的发展史以及其合成方法,及其在近代的发展应用。

Abstract
The N-heterocyclic carbene catalyst has been extracted from natural vitamin B1 for the first time, and its development has begun to emerge. This is a new type of small-molecule organic synthesis catalyst. Such catalysts are simple to operate and selective. Better, no pollution, and so on, are the main features, and therefore are used in many asymmetric organic synthesis reactions, such as benzoin condensation reaction, Stetter reaction and so on. This article will introduce the history of the development of N-heterocarbene catalysts, their synthesis methods, and their application in modern times.
