板式家具车间作业环境空气粉尘浓度水平与分布
摘要: 近年来板式家具行业的快速发展带来了粉尘污染以及粉尘爆炸等相关问题。根据相关研究，板式家具生产过程中产生的粉尘和苯、醛等有害的有机挥发物，超过一定浓度会影响车间工作人员的身体健康，引起呼吸道、皮肤、鼻腔、肺部等身体部位的病变，严重者甚至可能导致细胞癌变。
板式家具车间环境粉尘浓度的测定，是了解、评估当前木质家具生产加工过程中粉尘浓度控制以及粉尘对工人作业产生的健康危害的重要方法，能够据此较客观的评估当前工艺及设备的防尘、除尘效果，同时也为改善防尘除尘技术、改进更新设备，大力发展清洁生产提供依据。本课题将结合GBZ/T192.1-2007工作场所空气中粉尘浓度测定标准进行板式家具车间环境粉尘浓度的测定，并根据GBZ2.1-2019工作场所有害因素职业接触限值的规定对工作场所的粉尘浓度水平进行分析。

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of panel furniture industry has brought about dust pollution and dust explosion and other related problems. According to relevant research, the dust and benzene, aldehyde and other harmful organic volatiles produced in the production process of panel furniture, more than a certain concentration will affect the health of workers in the workshop, causing respiratory tract, skin, nose, lung and other body parts of the disease, and even serious may lead to cell cancer.
Workshop environment dust concentration determination, the board type furniture is to understand and evaluate the current woodiness furniture production and processing in the process of dust concentration dust control and harm to the health of workers work, one of the important methods that can be on the basis of objective assessment of the current process and equipment of dust and dust removal effect, but also to improve the dust removal technology, improving equipment, vigorously develops the clean production provides the basis. This topic will be combined with GBZ/T192.1-2007 standard for the determination of environmental dust concentration in the panel furniture workshop, and according to the provisions of GBZ2.1-2019 to analyze the dust concentration level in the workplace.
