综述
摘 要
油漆喷涂是家具或者地板生产当中十分重要的环节，它直接决定了产品的外观质量的好坏。从这一问题出发，基于色度学的基本理论和颜色测量的相关原理，研究一种可直接读取油漆喷涂的颜色信息并与标定数据比对,达到直观快捷判断样品颜色的油漆喷涂效果检测装置,并使其能够拥有高性能、低成本、体积轻巧等优点。

ABSTRACT
The paint spraying is a very important part in the production of furniture or flooring, it directly determines the quality of the appearance of the product. Starting from this problem, based on the basic theory of colorimetry and the related principles of color measurement, a paint spraying effect test that can directly read the color information of paint spraying and compare it with the calibration data to achieve intuitive and quick judgment of the color of the sample Device, and it has the advantages of small size, low cost and high performance.

现今基于颜色传感器的颜色检测装置是在国内外工业农业食品业等多个领域均被广泛应用，很大程度上提高了生产线自动化程度和生产效率。但在国内木质家具行业，大多数企业受制于成本和技术原因，油漆喷涂的工段中，仍未达到完全机械化智能化的程度。随着市场上各类型家具整装的竞争愈发激烈，提高木制家具的生产效率和精美度，已经成为木制家具生产企业首要考虑的问题，因此，研发AS7262传感器的颜色检测装置是革新必备，也符合国家提出的传统的产业进行转型和升级的一个发展战略。
