[摘 要]目的 观察埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流性疾病的临床效果。方法 抽取本院于2017年3月～2018年3月期间接收的64例胃食管反流性疾病患者，对照组实施常规奥美拉唑，观察组实施埃索美拉唑。结果 观察组与对照组在内镜及活组织检查和症状改善情况方面的对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组与对照组在治疗总有效率的对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 埃索美拉唑的左旋异构体可以显著改善患者的胃食管反流性疾病的症状，并且具有较高的治疗安全性，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of Esomeprazolein the treatment of gastro oesophageal reflux disease. Methods sixty-fourcases of gastro oesophageal reflux diseasereceived during the period from June 2016 to June 2017 in this hospital were selected. The control group was given conventional omeprazole, and the observation group was administered with Esomeprazole. Results The difference in endoscopy between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). the='' difference='' in='' the='' total='' effective='' rate='' between='' the='' observation='' group='' and='' the='' control='' group='' was='' statistically='' significant=''gt;lt;0.05). conclusion=''gt;Esomeprazolecan improve the symptom of patients and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
