邻苯二胺基碳量子点的制备及表征
摘要:碳量子点(CQDs)是一种尺寸小于10纳米的类球形碳颗粒。碳量子点具有发光稳定、荧光强度高、生物相容性良好、抗光漂白、低毒性等特点。最突出的是碳量子点选择的原料范围广泛、制备成本低廉、反应条件温和。自从碳量子点被首次发现以来,人们开发出了许多合成方法,包括电弧放电法、激光销蚀法、电化学合成法、化学氧化法、燃烧法、水热合成法、微波合成法、模板法等。碳量子点作为新型材料制备方法丰富,但得到的碳量子点还不够理想。为得到产率更高、性能较好且合成步骤简便、原料选材广泛的碳量子点,仍然需要对合成方法进行不断的完善和探索。碳量子点的应用广泛,在医学成像技术、环境监测、化学分析、催化剂制备、能源开发等许多的领域都有较好的应用前景。

Preparation and characterization of o-phenylenediamine carbon quantum dots
ABSTRACT:Carbon quantum dots (CQDS) are spherical carbon like particles with a size less than 10 nm. Carbon quantum dots are characterized by stable luminescence, high fluorescence intensity, good biocompatibility, anti photobleaching and low toxicity. The most outstanding is the wide range of raw materials, low cost and mild reaction conditions. Since the discovery of carbon quantum dots for the first time, many synthesis methods have been developed, including arc discharge, laser ablation, electrochemical synthesis, chemical oxidation, combustion, hydrothermal synthesis, microwave synthesis, template synthesis, etc. As a new material, carbon quantum dots have many preparation methods, but the carbon quantum dots are not ideal. In order to obtain carbon quantum dots with higher yield, better performance, simple synthesis steps and wide selection of raw materials, it is still necessary to improve and explore the synthesis method. Carbon quantum dots are widely used in many fields, such as medical imaging technology, environmental monitoring, chemical analysis, catalyst preparation, energy development and so on.
