Fe3 、Cu2 、Zn2 配位修饰氨基化多孔硅的制备及应用
摘 要
文中介绍多孔硅的基本性能与主要的性质,介绍介孔硅与多孔硅的区别。在性能方面,介绍多孔硅相比于其它的材料,如纳米硅、二氧化硅等有那些优点,如较大的比表面积。基于这些有点,多孔硅可以应用在哪些方面。文章主要介绍的就是多孔硅在生物医药方面的应用。关于多孔硅的制备方法,主要介绍了电化学腐蚀法和化学腐蚀法,实验时在根据具体的情况来选择什么制备方法。最后主要介绍的时多孔硅表面修饰,修饰分为两步,先是经行氨基化或者羧基化、巯基化,然后再在其基础上进行金属离子的配位。

Preparation and Application of Fe3 , Cu2 , Zn2 Coordination Modified Aminated Porous Silicon
ABSTRACT
This article introduces the basic properties and main properties of porous silicon, and introduces the differences between mesoporous silicon and porous silicon. In terms of performance, compared with other materials such as nano-silicon, silicon dioxide, etc., porous silicon has those advantages, such as a larger specific surface area. Based on these points, where can porous silicon be applied. This article mainly introduces the application of porous silicon in biomedicine. Regarding the preparation method of porous silicon, the electrochemical corrosion method and the chemical corrosion method are mainly introduced. In the experiment, what preparation method is selected according to the specific situation. Finally, the surface modification of porous silicon is mainly introduced. The modification is divided into two steps. First, it is subjected to amination, carboxylation, and thiolation, and then metal ion coordination is performed on the basis.
