谷胱甘肽甲酰胺制备碳量子点及其表征
摘 要
碳量子点是一种尺寸小于10纳米的类球形碳颗粒,作为一种新型荧光材料,碳量子点因具备低生物毒性、低成本、高稳定性和较好的水溶性等特性而引起广泛关注,被应用于生物传感、药物载体、细胞成像、荧光探针、光电催化等领域。碳量子点主要是由无定型碳晶核与氧化石墨烯类两大类组成。合成碳量子点的方法主要有:自上而下法和自下而上法,自上而下法包含电弧放电法、水热切割法、电化学氧化法、激光蚀刻法和化学氧化法,自下而上法则主要包括热解法、燃烧法、微波法和溶液化学法。本文综述了碳量子点的性质、制备方法及应用等,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Preparation of carbon quantum dots by glutathione formamide and its characterization
ABSTRACT
Carbon quantum dots are spherical carbon particles with a size less than 10 nanometers. As a new type of fluorescent material, carbon quantum dots have attracted widespread attention due to their low biological toxicity, low cost, high stability, and good water solubility. It is used in the fields of biosensors, drug carriers, cell imaging, fluorescent probes, and photocatalysis. Carbon quantum dots are mainly composed of two types of amorphous carbon nuclei and graphene oxides. The main methods for synthesizing carbon quantum dots are: top-down method and bottom-up method. Top-down methods include arc discharge, hydrothermal cutting, electrochemical oxidation, laser etching, and chemical oxidation. The bottom-up rules include pyrolysis, combustion, microwave and solution chemistry. This article reviews the properties, preparation methods and applications of carbon quantum dots, and prospects their development trends.
