过氧化氢对茜素磺酸酯荧光性质的影响
摘要
茜素是一种典型的媒介染料,可从茜草根部提取。科学家正不断探索其荧光性能,开发出新的茜素衍生物,拓展了其应用渠道,促进了茜素及其衍生物的发展。本文介绍了有关茜素的几种衍生物。因为与其他活性氧相比,过氧化氢性质的相对稳定性、反应的选择性及自身的易扩散性,使其作为信号分子的研究相对容易,所以本文研究发展新型的用于检测过氧化氢的高选择性、高灵敏度的荧光探针,通过设计合成新型茜素磺酸酯类化合物,研究过氧化氢对茜素磺酸酯的荧光影响,考察溶剂、pH、反应时间、浓度对体系荧光的影响,以及过氧化氢催化茜素衍生物配合物对牛血清蛋白、DNA的氧化损伤,为后期用于活细胞内过氧化氢检测作铺垫。

Effect of hydrogen peroxide on fluorescence properties of Alizarin sulfonate
ABSTRACT
Alizarin is a typical mordant dye, which can be extracted from alizarin root. Scientists are constantly exploring its fluorescence properties, developing new alizarin derivatives, expanding its application channels, and promoting the development of alizarin and its derivatives. This paper introduces several derivatives of alizarin. Compared with other reactive oxygen species, hydrogen peroxide is relatively stable, selective and easy to diffuse, It is relatively easy to study it as a signal molecule, so this paper studies and develops a new type of fluorescence probe with high selectivity and sensitivity for the detection of hydrogen peroxide. Through the design and synthesis of a new type of Alizarin sulfonate compounds, the fluorescence effects of hydrogen peroxide on Alizarin sulfonate are studied, and the effects of solvent, pH, reaction time and concentration on the fluorescence of the system are investigated, as well as hydrogen peroxide It can catalyze the oxidative damage of Alizarin derivative complex to bovine serum protein and DNA, which can be used for the later detection of hydrogen peroxide in living cells.
