摘要

随着社会的发展,未来的可持续发展越来越受到人们的重视,但石油基塑料不完全降解所造成的白色污染也越来越严重。我们需要完全可降解的原料来代替石油基原料,而淀粉因其来源广、价格低、环境污染小、完全降解等优点而引起了学者们的广泛关注。热塑性淀粉(TPS)是通过添加增塑剂来制备淀粉塑料。然而,热塑性淀粉塑料具有力学性能差、耐水性差等缺点。针对这些问题,目前报道的主要研究工作包括:淀粉大分子中羟基的取代、酯化或乙酰化;TPS与其它聚合物材料,包括石油基和其它可降解聚合物共混,并在TPS基体中加入增强组分(填料),常用无机矿物、无机纳米粒子和有机纤维。

Literature Review

Abstract

With the development of society, people will pay more and more attention to sustainable development in the future, but the white pollution caused by the incomplete degradation of petroleum-based plastics is also becoming more and more serious. We need completely degradable raw materials to replace petroleum-based raw materials, and starch has attracted widespread attention from scholars due to its advantages such as wide sources, low prices, low environmental pollution, and complete degradation. Thermoplastic starch (TPS) is a starch plastic made by adding plasticizers. However, thermoplastic starch has disadvantages such as poor mechanical properties and poor water resistance. In response to these problems, the main research work reported currently includes: substitution, esterification or acetylation of hydroxyl groups in starch macromolecules; TPS is blended with other polymer materials, including petroleum-based and other degradable polymers, and in the TPS matrix Adding reinforcing components (fillers), commonly used inorganic minerals, inorganic nanoparticles and organic fibers.
