热处理油泥的结构、性能和应用
摘 要
油泥是石油开采中伴随着油水一起从地层带出的 ,随着采出程度的提高 ,油泥的累积量越来越多 ,已经成为油田开发中的主要污染源之一。 我国每年得到的含油污泥总量很大,按其来源分为三种类型,分别是:油田开采,特别是油井采油生产和井下作业过程中产生的含油污泥,比较典型的有落地油泥和钻井泥;油气储运过程产生的含油污泥;炼厂污水处理场产生的含油污泥,一般称为 “炼油厂三泥”。这些炼油厂产生的污泥,在经过热处理之后降低了油泥中原油的黏度, 同时还使油泥中的重质油组分向轻质油组分转化。然而热处理之后的油泥残渣没有得到很好地处理,含碳量高的热处理油泥可作为吸附材料在污水处理方面得到很好地利用。本实验将从热处理油泥的结构和性能入手,探究其在滤材方面的应用。

The structure, performance and application of a heat treatment sludge
ABSTRACT
Sludge is accompanied by oil and water together in oil production from out of the ground, with the improvement of recovery degree, the accumulation of sludge quantity is more and more, has become one of the main pollution sources of oil field development. There is a big amount of oily sludge per year is divided into three types according to its source, respectively is: oil field exploitation, especially the oil well production and downhole operation process of oily sludge, typically have landed sludge and drilling mud; Oil and gas storage and transportation process of oily sludge; Refinery sewage farm of oily sludge, commonly known as 'three refineries mud'. The refinery sludge, after heat treatment to reduce the crude oil viscosity in the sludge, at the same time also makes the components of heavy oil to light oil components of sludge. After heat treatment of sludge residue, however, were not well processing, heat treatment of sludge can be used as adsorption materials of high carbon content in sewage treatment to obtain the very good use. This study will from the structure and performance of a heat treatment sludge, explore its application in the filter material.
