热处理对KH-550/SiO2/PVA纳米复合材料的影响
摘 要
聚乙烯醇( PVA)是一种用途相当广泛的水溶性高分子聚合物,但PVA本身强度不够,耐水性差、熔融加工困难和热稳定性低等使其在很多方面的应用受到限制。在本论文中,以纳米SiO2对PVA改性,加入适量KH550粘合剂使他们更好地融合,对于所需的KH550含量将通过实验测得,改性的原料则是通过溶胶凝胶法制备出来的纳米氧化硅。研究热处理纳米SiO2对PVA改性,热处理KH-550对PVA改性的影响。

Effect of heat treatment on KH-550/SiO2/PVA Nanocomposites
Abstract
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a very versatile water-soluble polymer, but PVA itself is not enough strength, water resistance, thermal stability and low melting processing difficulties and its application in many aspects of the restrictions. In this paper, the modification of PVA by nano SiO2, adding KH550 adhesive to make them better for fusion, KH550 content will be measured by experiment, the modified material is nano silicon oxide by sol gel prepared by the method. The effect of heat treatment on the modification of PVA by PVA modified by SiO2 and KH-550 was studied.
