光伏电池辅助材料综述摘要:随着科技的进步和发展,环境问题日趋严重,已经开始越来越显著地影响到人们的日常生活。
为了解决这些问题,人们的环保意识逐渐觉醒。
以太阳能为代表的新型能源以其安全、清洁、无污染、储量巨大等优势逐步进入到了人们的日常生活中。
太阳能光伏发电技术主要将太阳能辐射光能储存在太阳能电池中,从而储存电能,做到光能与电能的转换。
虽然太阳能光伏发电具有清洁无污染、储量巨大等优势,但依然也存在许多缺点,如光能转化为电能的效率不高、现有太阳能电池板的表面处理技术并不成熟等缺点。
现在很多研究正是针对如何改善光伏电池性能而制造出不少光伏电池辅助材料及辅助技术,本文旨在介绍一些较为常用的光伏电池辅助材料及技术。

In order to solve these problems, people's environmental awareness is gradually awakened. New energy, represented by solar energy, has gradually entered people's daily life with its advantages such as safety, cleanliness, pollution-free and huge reserves. Solar photovoltaic power generation technology mainly stores solar radiation light energy in solar cells, thereby storing electrical energy and achieving conversion between light energy and electrical energy. Although solar photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of clean and pollution-free, huge reserves, etc., there are still many shortcomings, such as the low efficiency of converting light energy into electrical energy, and the existing surface treatment technology of solar panels is not mature. Many researches have been made on how to improve the performance of photovoltaic cells, and many auxiliary materials and techniques for photovoltaic cells have been manufactured. 为了一一解决这些问题,很多研究者致力于研究一些现有工艺的改进技术,一些在原有工艺基础上添加的辅助材料和一些在原有工艺基础上增加的辅助技术,并取得了不少成果。
1、太阳能电池基本结构及原理光伏电池基本原理主要是半导体的光电效应,即一些半导体材料受到光照时,载流子数量会剧增,导电能力随之增强,这就是半导体的光敏特性。
载流子有两种运动方式,一种是扩散运动,另一种是漂移运动。
