人造板产品甲醛检测的研究进展

摘要:人造板在装修、使用过程中会缓慢的释放出少量的挥发性有机化合物和甲醛,装修装饰材料已经成为室内空气环境污染的主要来源之一。而甲醛一直是室内空气环境污染源中研究的重点。挥发性有机物,大部分无色无味,短时间内释放量极低,对人体的伤害是一个缓慢的过程。本课题的研究基于环境保护和降低因装饰装修引起的室内空气环境污染对人体的伤害为目的出发,通过对市场上各种人造板的甲醛和挥发性有机化合物的释放规律的研究,优化测试方法,有效缩短测试时间,提高效率。并且为房屋住宅绿色装修提供科学合理的选材方案。

Summary:Wood-based panels will release a small amount of volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde slowly in the process of decoration and use. Decoration materials have become one of the main sources of indoor air pollution. Formaldehyde has always been the focus of research in indoor air pollution sources. Volatile organic compounds, most of which are colorless and tasteless, release very low in a short period of time, and damage to human body is a slow process. Based on the purpose of environmental protection and reducing the harm of indoor air pollution caused by decoration and decoration to human body, this research optimizes the test method by studying the release law of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds from various wood-based panels on the market, and effectively shortens the test time and improves the efficiency. And provide scientific and reasonable material selection scheme for green decoration of housing.

1 引言

作为衡量产品品质最重要之一的环保性能逐渐受到人们的重视。室内装饰装修所采用的材料包括人造板及制品、壁纸、内墙涂料等[[1]],在装修、使用过程中都会缓慢的释放大量的挥发性有机化合物和甲醛,这已经成为室内空气环境污染的主要来源之一。在室内环境的污染源中,甲醛一直是以往国内研究的重点。在人造板甲醛释放量检测方法中,气候箱法的检测原理最接近于人造板实际使用时甲醛释放的真实状态,测量结果最迎合人们对设置该检测项目的目的[[2]],但是测试周期较长,而干燥器法测试周期短,但是由于是测量人造板全部甲醛量,和真实状态释放甲醛含量误差较大。若能通过两者数据分析,找出关联性。优化甲醛的检测方法,降低对人体的伤害。
