聚乳酸/竹材碳量子点复合薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要:随着环境问题的日益突出,环保友好型材料的研究与开发成为必要,迫切将环境友好可降解型材料应用于各个行业聚乳酸(PLA)因具有可再生性、生物可降解性,成为环保薄膜材料研究的主要方向。碳量子点(CQDs)具有生物相容性、优异的力学性能以及荧光特性,与聚乳酸复合成膜,不仅能获得具有优异性能复合薄膜材料,还符合当前环保材料的要求。本课题以聚乳酸为基体,碳量子点为改性剂,通过油浴法制备得到可降解型荧光复合薄膜,并探讨了碳量子点溶液含量对复合薄膜表面形貌、力学性能、吸附性能以及荧光性的影响。

Preparation and properties of PLA / Bamboo carbon quantum dot composite films

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the research and development of environmentally friendly materials become necessary, and it is urgent to apply environmentally friendly degradable materials to various industries. Polylactic acid (PLA) has become the main research direction of environmental protection film materials due to its renewability and biodegradability. Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) have biocompatibility, excellent mechanical properties and fluorescence characteristics. When they are combined with PLA to form films, they can not only obtain composite films with excellent properties, but also meet the requirements of current environmental protection materials. In this paper, the degradable fluorescent composite film was prepared by oil bath method with polylactic acid as matrix and carbon quantum dots as modifier. The effect of the content of carbon quantum dots solution on the surface morphology, mechanical properties, adsorption properties and fluorescence of the composite film was discussed.

1 绪论

    1. 引言

随着环境问题的日益突出,各国加强了对环保友好型材料的研究与开发,不断提高人们的环保意识,将环境友好可降解型材料应用于各个行业。例如在食品行业,食品包装材料是近年来的研究热点,正不断向节能环保可降解型方向转变。绿色环保型材料具有可降解、毒性小(无毒无害)、具有生物相容性、可回收利用等优异特点,便于解决当前的食品安全问题。近年来,全球能源危机问题不断加剧,世界各国都在积极寻找和开发新能源技术,研究应用新型环保材料,以解决当前的环境和能源问题。

利用自然中的生物质材料,研究各种新型可降解环保材料,是人们日益改善环境问题的方向,如木材、竹材、秸秆、各类植物等,主要包括有机高分子材料和废弃物等。天然有机高分子材料如纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、甲壳素等,人工合成高分子材料如聚乳酸等,都具有生物可降解、绿色环保特点。聚乳酸具有优于聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯等塑料的特点,被人们广泛应用于食品包装包装、生物医学、建筑纺织等领域。
