微流管道表面纳米金颗粒结构对乳腺癌细胞捕获的影响
摘要
乳腺癌是一种发病率较高的恶性肿瘤,通过检测患病者外周血液中的循环肿瘤细胞可以提高患病者病情诊断效率。微流控芯片作为一种高通量小型化的芯片型实验平台可以用于检测血液样本中的循环肿瘤细胞。金纳米颗粒具有可控粒径和易于制备的优点,本研究将金纳米负载与微流控芯片的玻璃表面并对其进行抗体修饰,采用免疫亲和性方法捕获抗体,通过比较未装载金纳米颗粒的芯片的抗体捕获效率得出结论。

Effects of nano-gold particle structure on the surface of microfluidic channels on breast cancer cell capture
ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence. It can improve the diagnosis efficiency of patients by detecting circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients. Microfluidic chip as a high-throughput miniaturized chip experimental platform can be used to detect circulating tumor cells in blood samples. Gold nanoparticles have the advantages of controllable particle size and easy preparation. In this study, gold nano-loaded and microfluidic chip glass surface and antibody modification, antibody capture by immunoaffinity method, by comparing unloaded gold nano The antibody capture efficiency of the chip of the particle is concluded.
