苎麻栲胶增强淀粉塑料文献综述

文献综述

摘要:

随着降解塑料的迅速发展,人们在经历了一场混乱的开发过后,终于开始意识到只有通过开发真正可降解的塑料才能对环境友好,造福人类。天然淀粉的耐水性、抗剪切性以及熔融流动性等都较差,无法进行熔融挤出等热塑性加工,难以单独作为一种高分子材料使用,因此,通常需要对淀粉进行热塑性改性后再与其他聚合物进行共混加工制备。

淀粉基材料由于其来源广泛、再生能力强等优点,受到广泛的应用。随着科学技术的发展,淀粉基材料也经过几代的演变。本文简述了淀粉塑料的定义和分类,以及目前国内外淀粉塑料发展现状并对淀粉塑料尚且存在的问题进行分析,并指出其发展趋势的广阔。同时也介绍了苎麻和栲胶的概况。

Literature Review

Abstract:

With the rapid development of biodegradable plastics, people have finally come to realize that only through the development of truly biodegradable plastics can they be environmentally friendly and benefit people.Natural starch has poor water resistance, shear resistance and melt fluidity, so it cannot be used in thermoplastic processing such as molten extrusion, so it is difficult to be used as a polymer material alone. Therefore, starch usually needs to be thermoplastic modified and then blended with other polymers for preparation.Starch - based materials have been widely used because of their wide sources and strong regeneration ability. With the development of science and technology, starch - based materials have evolved over several generations. This paper briefly describes the definition and classification of starch plastics, the current development status of starch plastics at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems of starch plastics, and points out the broad trend of its development. The general situation of ramie and vegetable vegetable extracts was also introduced.
