摘要

塑料自诞生之初就逐渐成为了人日常生活中不可或缺的基本材料,极大地方便了人们的生活。因此如何正确有效地处理塑料制品带来的环境污染问题是近来业内的研究热点。可生物降解的热塑性淀粉塑料在此方面卓有成效,通过其研究现状与应用出发,探讨其结构特点并对其各种特性加以分析,探讨其在塑料加工生产中应用的可能性。淀粉基材料由于其来源广泛、再生能力强等优点,受到广泛的应用。淀粉是一种十分常见的天然高分子材料,通过加入增塑剂或高温剪切力的作用下,不具有热塑加工性的天然淀粉可以得到与塑料相似的加工性能,即“热塑性淀粉”(TPS)或“塑化淀粉”。

Literature Review

Abstract

Plastic has gradually become an indispensable basic material in people#39;s daily life since its birth, which greatly facilitates people#39;s life. Therefore, how to deal with the environmental pollution caused by plastic products correctly and effectively is a research hotspot in the industry recently. The biodegradable thermoplastic starch plastics has made great achievements in this respect. Based on its research status and application, this paper discusses its structural characteristics, analyzes its various characteristics and discusses its possibility of application in plastic processing. Starch-based materials have been widely used because of their wide sources and strong regeneration ability. Starch is a very common natural polymer material. By adding plasticizer or high temperature shear force, the natural starch without thermoplastic processing properties can be similar to plastic processing properties, which is called 'thermoplastic starch' (TPS) or 'plasticized starch'.

淀粉是地球上产量仅次于纤维素的天然高分子,它来源丰富、可再生、价格低廉,通过改性塑化可用于生产淀粉基塑料。淀粉基塑料作为生物基材料中的一个重要品类,已经成功实现产业化生产和应用。淀粉基塑料是以淀粉为主要原材料,经过改性塑化后再与其它聚合物共混加工而成的一种塑料产品,属于生物塑料的一种。
