摘要:

塑料是一种以合成或者天然的有机高分子聚合物,应用十分广泛。淀粉是最常用的一种常见天然高分子材料,具有来源广泛、成本低及可再生,可生物降解性等特点,可用于制备生物可降解塑料。[1]天然淀粉由于来源广、低成本和可生物降解的特点,广泛用于制备淀粉塑料,并用于农业、食品、医药和包装等行业,有望取代石油基衍生聚合物。淀粉基塑料以淀粉为主要原材料,经过改性塑化后再与其它聚合物共混加工而成的一种塑料产品,属于生物塑料的一种。本文将介绍淀粉塑料的基本概念,分类及特点,国内外目前研究开发现状以及未来发展的趋势。

Literature Review

Abstract:

Plastic is a kind of synthetic or natural organic polymer, which is widely used. Starch is one of the most commonly used natural polymer materials, which has the characteristics of wide source, low cost, renewable, biodegradability and so on. It can be used to prepare biodegradable plastics. [1] Natural starch is widely used to prepare starch plastics because of its wide source, low cost and biodegradability. It is also widely used in agriculture, food, medicine, packaging and other industries, and is expected to replace petroleum derived polymers. Starch based plastic is a kind of plastic product, which is made of starch as the main raw material, modified and plasticized, and then blended with other polymers. This paper will introduce the basic concept, classification and characteristics of starch plastics, the current research and development status at home and abroad, and the future development trend.
